Browse at Your Own Pace

Begin wherever your curiosity leads. The studies will be here when you’re ready. When I shared my first Matthew study on Facebook today, I mentioned that I planned to post daily, though I might not share every post on Facebook. As I continue setting up this blog, I’ve realized that what matters most to me is making my past studies available for anyone who wants to explore them. For now, I’ll be adding posts to my heart’s content as I work through those studies. Some days that may mean one post; other days it may mean several. I’ll continue reading through and preparing each one before sharing it. There is no need to keep up with everything as it appears. This blog is becoming a place you can browse at your own pace—begin with a book, a question, or a study that interests you, and follow from there. The Bible Books page gathers studies by book, while Study Threads helps connect topics that travel through more than one book. The labels on individual posts also bring related material to...

Revelation: A Blueprint Overview

Chapter order, overlapping visions, and the connections I am exploring This overview gathers the larger picture that developed during my study of Revelation. It is a starting place for the detailed studies I will add as this atlas grows. I follow the approach explained on my Blueprint page: begin with the explicit text, observe its details, compare passages, and then consider the landscape that emerges. One distinction guides this overview: the order in which John describes the visions does not necessarily mean every event happens in one uninterrupted timeline. My reading is that several chapters revisit related events from different viewpoints. The descriptions below summarize the passages. Where I connect figures, groups, or time periods across chapters, I am sharing my interpretation of those relationships. Revelation 1 — The Faithful Witness Revelation opens by identifying Jesus Christ as the Faithful Witness, the firstborn of the dead, and the ruler of the kings of the earth. Jo...

Inside the Mind: Where the Word Leads

Image
The idea to begin this blog came to my heart and mind today. I wanted a place devoted to my personal Bible studies—a place to gather the questions, passages, and connections I find myself returning to. If you know me from my other blog Maria Lina's Creative Designs (MLCD) , this space has a more specific focus. Here, I want to explore Scripture and share how my thoughts develop as I study. I think of it as a growing Bible Atlas, where you can begin with whatever interests you and follow the connections from there. I chose the name Inside the Mind because that is what I hope to share here: a look into my own process of studying, wondering, and understanding. These posts are not meant to be the final word on every subject. They are a record of what I am exploring and how my understanding develops along the way. I think of this collection as a Bible Atlas. Each study is another place to pause, look closely, and consider how one passage connects with another. My hope is that, over tim...
